The main tasks that the employee will face :

  • answer incoming messages and calls from our existing clients. We are approached with general questions, technical issues, financial matters, issues on trading tools and events;
  • answer clients in live chats;
  • keep up-to-date with all the new products IQ Option offers to its clients;
  • be flexible, creative, and positive while helping clients online.

 We are looking for candidates who:

  • have great communication skills;
  • are computer literate;
  • have patience and can find an approach to all types of clients;
  • are fluent in English and Vietnamese (at least B2.2, Upper Intermediate);
  • has a high typing speed (> 200 characters per minute).
